These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all services ("Services") provided by TERACHA ("we" or "us"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services currently include:
- Online Soccer School
- AI Chat Service "Soracha.AI" (including services under preparation)
Article 1 — Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and TERACHA related to the use of our Services. In case of conflict with individual service rules, the individual rules shall take precedence.
Article 2 — User Registration
Registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, submits an application in the manner specified by us, and receives our approval. We may decline registration in the following cases, without obligation to disclose the reason:
- False information was provided during registration
- The applicant has previously violated these Terms
- We otherwise deem the application inappropriate
Article 3 — Fees and Payment
Fees for paid services are displayed on each service's registration page. Payment methods include credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (via Stripe). Subscription plans are billed automatically on each renewal date.
Article 4 — Prohibited Activities
- Acts that violate laws or public order
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of TERACHA or third parties
- Acts that interfere with servers or networks of TERACHA or third parties
- Unauthorized commercial use of information obtained through our Services
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Unauthorized collection or storage of other users' personal information
- Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties
- Impersonation of other users
- Advertising, solicitation, or sales activities not permitted by us
- Providing benefits to antisocial forces
- Using AI outputs to deceive or mislead others
- Any other acts we deem inappropriate
Article 5 — Special Provisions for AI Services
- AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness
- Do not use AI responses as the basis for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions
- Conversation data you input may be processed and stored for service delivery, quality improvement, and personalized responses
- Conversation data may be transmitted to third-party API services (currently: Anthropic Claude API) for AI processing
- We recommend that you do not input sensitive personal information into conversations
- For EEA users: your data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Contact info@teracha.com to exercise your rights
Article 6 — Suspension of Services
We may suspend or interrupt all or part of our Services without prior notice due to system maintenance, force majeure events, communication failures, or other circumstances where we determine provision is difficult. We are not liable for any damages caused by such suspension.
Article 7 — Restrictions and Account Termination
We may restrict use or delete accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms, provides false registration information, fails to fulfill payment obligations, does not respond to our communications, or is otherwise deemed an inappropriate user.
Article 8 — Withdrawal
Users may withdraw from our Services by following the procedures we specify. We may retain related data for a period determined by us after withdrawal.
Article 9 — Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We make no express or implied warranties regarding the safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of our Services. We are not liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with our Services, except in cases of our own willful misconduct or gross negligence. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the month in which the damage occurred.
Article 10 — Changes to Services
We may modify, add to, or discontinue our Services with prior notice. Users agree to such changes.
Article 11 — Changes to Terms
We will notify users at least 14 days before the effective date of any changes, via the Service or by email.
Article 12 — Handling of Personal Information
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 13–14 — Notices / Non-Assignment
All notices between users and TERACHA shall be made in the manner specified by us. Users may not transfer or pledge their rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.
Article 15 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
